I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice, with a small working desk and a comfortable revolving chair which was perfect for my laptop work. However, there is room for improvement in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. The service was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, being near the busy area and close to the Egmore station, but the surrounding location could be cleaner. The dining experience was lacking, especially with disappointing breakfast options. Overall, it was a decent stay with some areas that could be enhanced.
